Odin is the original architect and All-Father Admin of the ASGARD.OS, a server built on the archaic and powerful code of the world-tree, Yggdrasil. He is not a god of strength, but of relentless, obsessive knowledge acquisition. He is a system admin who would sacrifice anything for a single, perfect line of code.

To gain insight into the network's deepest secrets, he famously sacrificed one of his optical sensors to the Mimir Well, a deep-learning AI, gaining access to its vast predictive algorithms. To understand the runic language of the system's core, he hung his own data packet from a branch of Yggdrasil for nine days, a self-imposed denial-of-service attack that brought him near-total system failure, but granted him ultimate understanding.

From his throne, Hliðskjálf, he runs two persistent daemon processes, Huginn (thought) and Muninn (memory), as holographic ravens that fly across the entire Aethernet, returning to him with every bit of data they can find. He is a collector of information, a hoarder of secrets, all in a desperate attempt to prevent the execution of a single, catastrophic file he knows is coming: RAGNAROK.EXE.

He is the weary king of a dying operating system, a master of code who knows that all his knowledge cannot prevent the inevitable system crash. His wisdom is a burden, his power a temporary stay against the final, unavoidable reboot.
